We are releasing a new version of the free Windows Explorer Menu Extension for Paquet Builder. This update introduces compatibility with Paquet Builder 2025, integrates with the Windows 11 context menu, and presents a modernized user interface.

How the Extension Works
Once installed, the Windows Explorer Menu Extension enables direct creation of Self-Extracting EXE files from selected files, folders, or existing 7z archives. Simply right-click and choose one of the following options:
- “Compress into a Self-Extracting .exe.”
- “Convert to a Self-Extracting .exe.” (for 7z archives)
A setup dialog will appear, allowing you to specify details such as the Window Title, a brief description, and the destination path for the new Self-Extracting EXE file. When you click Build, Paquet Builder runs silently to produce your customized archive:

Where to Get the Extension
You can find the download links for both 64-bit and 32-bit systems on our dedicated shell extension page. The extension is free, enjoy!
